Building the Framework Before the Experts Arrive
Traditional curriculum development assumes that subject-matter experts arrive first and course design follows. Aggressive timelines required us to begin developing course architecture before all of the faculty had even been hired. By building curriculum frameworks first and content second, we were able to accelerate development without sacrificing academic quality.
